Refund and Returns Policy
At Aroha Crafts, we carefully inspect and pack every order to ensure that your products reach you safely and as described.
No Returns, Cancellations, or Refunds
All orders placed with Aroha Crafts are considered final. We do not accept cancellations, returns, or refunds once an order has been confirmed.
Before placing your order, we strongly recommend carefully reviewing the product photographs, description, dimensions, and other available product details. If you have any questions or need additional information about a product, please DM us before placing your order.
Damaged Items During Transit
If your order is damaged during transportation, you may be eligible for a refund (excluding shipping charges) or an exchange.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange:
- You must record a continuous unboxing video from the moment the package is opened, clearly showing the condition of the package and the damaged product.
- The damage must be clearly visible in the unboxing video.
- The unboxing video must be provided to us as proof of damage.
- Please contact us as soon as possible after receiving the order.
Aroha Crafts reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange request if the required unboxing video is not provided or if the claimed issue cannot be verified.
We also reserve the right to refuse any refund or exchange where the product condition or issue does not match the claim made by the customer.
